We want you to be obsessed with your new dark aesthetic, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and occult-inspired charms are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
